3. Course Registration and Certification

  • NSSA® Designation: To earn the NSSA® designation, participants must attend an 8-hour course and pass an 85-question exam with a score of 70% or higher.
  • Usage of Designation: Certified individuals may use “NSSA®” in their professional title, e.g., John Smith, NSSA.
  • Membership Benefits: Certificate holders gain access to NSSA® Membership, including monthly group calls and ongoing access to training materials.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment: Full payment is required upon registration for courses or membership. Prices are subject to change.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available according to our refund policy, which can be found here.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading malicious software, harassing other users, or violating any applicable laws.
